Want to support your neurodivergent employees and create a neuro-inclusive workplace? Let's talk!

Neurodiversity in your company is a fact!

Research shows that 15-20% of people are neurodivergent*, which includes those on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette's syndrome, etc. This means that up to one in five people in your company may need a dedicated approach and support.

Many neurodivergent employees excel at out-of-the-box thinking and creativity, but they may have difficulty managing time or staying focused, which their coworkers often don’t understand. These challenges can lead to low productivity and frustration within the team.

Is your company facing these challenges?

Reduced productivity

Neurodivergent employees leave a company due to inadequate support and understanding of their needs, and a lack of career development tailored to them. Frustration can lead to their decision to leave.

High employee turnover

High costs

Stress and burnout caused by an unsuitable work environment lead to increased sick leave and project delays.

Frequent conflicts
